$1,500 per month with a minimum of 6 months stay

Payment & Cancellation Policy:

The deposit is for any possible damages (including smoking in the house) that might be done to the property. If there are no damages and the property doesn't need any more than a regular cleaning, your deposit will be returned to you in full after your departure.
Payment of rental fees is to be paid on site to the manager who will arrange a date with you during your stay. You can pay in full when you arrive or pay by the month.
If you need to cancel, please give us at least two weeks notice. If you give us two weeks notice, there is no penalty. Less than two weeks notice and the penalty for cancellation is 50% of your deposit. This is quite lenient compared to most rentals who require a month's notice.
Please keep in mind that renting a vacation rental home or apartment is different from renting a hotel room. A last-minute cancellation for a vacation rental will usually result in the owner losing all of his or her revenue for the period reserved.
