These are the rates for Casa Lily

CasaLily is a fully furnished apartment providing everything you need to simply move right in. Furniture, cookware, dishes, towels, TV, etc are all provided. The apartment is not available non-furnished.

• $1,500 per month with a 6 month lease.
• $1,400 per month with a 1 year lease.

Deposit (refundable if there are no serious damages)- $900

Casa Lily is a non-smoking house. Please don't smoke in the house. Thank you.

Payment & Cancellation Policy:

The deposit is for any possible damages (including smoking in the house) that might be done to the property. If there are no damages and the property doesn't need any more than a regular cleaning, your deposit will be returned to you in full after your departure.

Payment of rental fees is to be paid on site to the manager who will arrange a date with you during your stay. You can pay by the month.

If you need to cancel, please give us at least two weeks notice. If you give us two weeks notice, there is no penalty. Less than two weeks notice and the penalty for cancellation is 50% of your deposit. This is quite lenient compared to most rentals who require a month's notice.

Please keep in mind that renting a vacation rental home or apartment is different from renting a hotel room. A last-minute cancellation for a vacation rental will usually result in the owner losing all of his or her revenue for the period reserved.
